Common questions

What people ask before they book

Will my judge or probation officer accept your classes?

Yes. Our anger management classes are nationally certified and have been accepted by courts, probation officers, attorneys, and employers across Georgia for over a decade. You receive a certificate of completion you can submit as proof, and for the Saturday class we also provide a letter of completion, progress report, and attendance record. We always recommend you confirm with the person handling your case before booking, so we can match the exact format they require.

How fast can I finish my court-ordered hours?

For most clients with a deadline, the fastest option is our 8-hour Accelerated Saturday Group Class (10 AM to 6 PM), which knocks out a full day of mandated hours in one sitting. If you need more than 8 hours (12, 16, 24, or even 52), you can attend multiple Saturday sessions or pair them with 1-on-1 sessions to finish on your timeline. Tell us your deadline when you book and we will help you map the shortest path.

What documentation do you provide after I finish?

For court-ordered programs, you receive a certificate of completion along with a signed letter of completion, progress report, and attendance record. These are the documents probation officers and courts typically ask for. We can send them digitally, hand them to you in person, or both. If your case manager needs a specific format or has a fax number, let us know and we will handle it.

Can I take classes online or do I have to come in person?

Both options are available. You can attend in person at our Marietta office, or join securely by video from anywhere in Georgia. The 8-hour court-ordered Saturday class is held in person at our office. Some 1-on-1 sessions and group programs can be completed online if your case allows. If you have a court order, ask your case manager whether they require in-person attendance before you book.

Is the SATCLASS discount code real and how do I use it?

Yes. The code SATCLASS takes $10 off our 8-hour Accelerated Saturday Group Class when you book online. Enter the code at checkout in all capital letters. The discount is only valid for the Saturday class.

Do I need to pay a deposit, and what is your refund policy?

A $25 deposit is required to hold your appointment time. All payments are non-refundable after the intake process. We accept cash, money orders, credit and debit cards, and PayPal. Cancellations need 24 hours notice. Two no-shows in a row may end your sessions, and if you arrive more than 15 minutes late we will have to reschedule. Sessions and packages expire after 60 days if not started.

What areas do you serve?

Our main office is in Marietta, Georgia, and we serve all of the Atlanta metro area in person, including Cobb, Fulton, Gwinnett, Douglas, Cherokee, DeKalb, Bartow, Carroll, Clayton, Coweta, Dawson, Fayette, Forsyth, Hall, Henry, Lumpkin, Paulding, and Rockdale counties. By telehealth we can serve anywhere in Georgia.

Do you offer classes in Spanish?

Yes. We launched Spanish-language anger management classes in May 2026. Contact us to register or to ask about upcoming dates.

What are your office hours?

Our Marietta office is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 5 PM. The 8-hour Saturday Group Class runs 10 AM to 6 PM on its scheduled date (every third Saturday of the month). Closed Sunday. Evening and Saturday appointments are available, just ask when you book.

Can I do my whole court-ordered requirement on a Saturday?

Often, yes. Our 8-hour Accelerated Saturday Group Class is designed for individuals mandated to 8, 12, 16, 24, or 52 hours of anger management. You can stack Saturdays back-to-back to complete your hours, or pair the Saturday class with 1-on-1 sessions during the week. The Saturday class is court-ordered only and runs 10 AM to 6 PM (please arrive by 9:45 AM). Pre-registration is required, no walk-ins.

How fast can I get an anger or drug and alcohol evaluation?

Evaluations are scheduled by appointment and conducted by a Licensed Professional Counselor. Standard turnaround is the same week. If you need it faster, we offer a 24 to 48 hour rushed turnaround for an additional fee ($165 for the anger evaluation, $175 for drug and alcohol).

Is this counseling, coaching, or therapy?

We offer all three. Counseling is provided by our Licensed Professional Counselor and helps you work through emotional pain, stress, and life challenges. Coaching is a structured 6-week program focused on goals, accountability, and personal growth, geared toward people who are emotionally healthy and want to move forward. Anger management classes are a separate educational program, not therapy. Tell us what you're looking for and we'll point you to the right option.

Do both partners need to attend couples sessions?

Yes, the Couples Conflict Management program is designed for both partners to attend together over four weekly 90-minute sessions. If your partner is unable or unwilling to join, we can help you decide whether individual coaching or counseling might be a better fit for now.

Can you deliver corporate training on-site or online?

Both. Our 4-hour Employee Development Course can be delivered at your office or facility, or run virtually for distributed teams. Group pricing scales by team size: $675 for up to 5 employees, $825 for 6 to 10, $1,125 for 11 to 20, and custom pricing for 21 or more. Every participant receives a certificate of completion.

What do I need for a virtual session?

Any phone, tablet, or computer with a working camera, microphone, and a private space to talk. We'll send you a secure meeting link before your session. There's no software to install for most clients. Tele-health sessions are $115 each.
