A drug and alcohol evaluation, sometimes called a substance abuse assessment, is a clinical evaluation that documents a person's substance use patterns, risk profile, and treatment recommendations. Courts, probation officers, employers, and attorneys often require one as part of a DUI case, a custody matter, a return-to-work agreement, or a referral from a case manager. Our evaluations are conducted by a Licensed Professional Counselor and produced as a signed report ready to submit.
Evaluations are scheduled by appointment in person at our Marietta office or by secure telehealth where your case allows. We do not perform walk-in evaluations.

Drug & Alcohol Evaluation, Standard
$160. Scheduled by appointment. Report typically returned within the same week.
Drug & Alcohol Evaluation, Rushed
$175. Report returned in 24 to 48 hours. Ideal for tight court deadlines or attorney requests.
Anger Evaluation
$150 standard or $165 rushed. Often required alongside a D&A evaluation, ask us if you need both.
